Pastor for Preaching and Vision
Elder
Andrew serves as one of the elders at Bayview.
Andrew was born and raised in Southern California where he grew up in a Christian home attending a Baptist church and a Lutheran school.
Andrew and his family arrived in Guam in 2011 on active duty orders with the U.S. Navy. This divine appointment brought him to Bayview where his family has remained faithful to the church body. He has been active in small group ministries leading and hosting small groups at his home. His love for the study of God’s Word and natural desire for fellowship have been evident by his commitment to Men’s Bible Study, Equipping Class, Cohort Studies and other various ministries. Andrew has a passion for discipleship and teaching demonstrated in his interest in the youth and young adults of our church. Also, he has shown faithfulness to his local communities through past outreach ministries and recent activity with a local food service ministry. His hope and desire is to lead the younger generations of our church to a love and passion for the Lord and his Word.
Andrew has been married to his wife, Denise, for over 15 years. They have been blessed with two children; Sienna and Nathaniel. They are also in the process of adoption currently waiting faithfully on the Lord. Their family enjoys the island life, beach and ocean. They like surfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling and beach volleyball.
God has given Andrew a passion for work and blessed him with the privilege to practice medicine on the island. The Lord has used this training to minister to those in our church body and the broader community of our island in keeping with His grace.
